Go Wild!.. At the San Diego Safari Park

DR2_6529Yes, going wild is a perfectly normal activity at the San Diego Safari Park. The Safari Park is the “other half” of the San Diego Zoo and is run by the same folks, except the Park is dozens of times larger. Fortunately a tram takes you to the animal in their open-air setting, and hiking is required to see the other exhibits.

Plan to spend a full day, have lunch in the central village or picnic in many of the overlooks and grassy areas. You will have a great time, and here are some photos to prove it…
