Florida to Chile

Yet another grand voyage aboard the Celebrity Infinity from Fort Lauderdale, FL to San Martin, Chile. The ship was comfortable, the food was tasty, entertainment the best on Broadway, and the fellow passengers were great companions. Socializing and dinners with fellow guests and speakers were the highlights of the trip. We have made the “run” to Chile before, and the second time was no less fun. See for yourselves:

Miami… Arrive a couple of days early and enjoyed the food, weather, beach, and wonderful view from the hotel.

Grand Cayman Island… We anchored on the south side of the island and shuttled into town.

Panama Canal… I had the day off and got some photos that I normally don’t get from the bridge.

Manta, Ecuador… A nice little town with plenty of hats for sale.

Lima, Peru… We spent two days in Lima and got to see the historic and modern side of the city.

Pisco, Peru… Seaside resorts dot the coast, and we went to town to see the Sunday parade.

Arca, Chile… A pretty town on the edge of the Atacama desert.

Santiago, Chile… We took a tour from the commercial port to Santiago, and then to the airport.
