Praise from an Industry Legend
One of my fellow guest speakers, Mr. Ocean Liner, sent me the following note:

Needless to say, none of my hats fit the rest of the trip, considering the praise from an industry legend. Bill has been the example of the best of the cruise ship lecturing circuit for over forty years, and while his audiences were drawn into his world of luxury liners of the past, I was also taking notes.
